A Business Consultant in the Credit Transformation Office will manage stakeholder relations, coordinate key project meetings, and integrate reports across the credit value chain, supporting strategic initiatives and senior management.

At a glance

The Credit Transformation Office, formerly named as the Future Credit Domain (FCD) Office, has been originally set up as one of the 23 themes under the One Bank portfolio. The Credit Transformation Office oversees, monitors and reports on FCD and other FS change initiatives that are responsible for building a future-proof and robust credit landscape, in the scope of FS. The Credit Transformation Office currently oversees 15 different initiatives, which contribute to improving the lending journeys Bank-Assisted Lending and Self-Directed Lending. The change initiatives are important for ABN AMRO's license-to-operate. This means that regulations and risk requirements are firmly anchored in Credit Transformation Office’s value chain and control framework and regulatory expertise is embed in the Credit Transformation Office. Furthermore, we are working on integrated IT systems that enable us to do our work efficiently, to deliver accurate and timely reports and to meet (future) customer needs. Credit Transformation Office hierarchically reports to the Head of Lending Transformation, which reports to the Head of Financing Solutions (FS).

Your work

As Business Consultant, focused on Reporting, you are predominantly responsible for stakeholder management on strategic, tactical and operational levels through program reporting and coordinating for important project meetings, Credit Chain Oversight Committee (CCOC). You will support FS with preparation and coordination of key (ExBo - senior management) meetings.

Working Environment

You become part of the Credit Transformation Office. The team has a culture of strong collaboration, hands-on approach and open communication. As a Business Consultant you will bring together all initiatives in integrated reports across the credit value chain. Delivering the FCD results requires a strong collaboration across multiple departments: Client Units, Risk, Finance, IT and DM&A to name a few. Location: Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, NL.

Your profile

  • You are an experienced consultant, with a strong delivery mindset
  • You are well capable to analyse and can well deliver your advice to a wide and diverse audience
  • You are pragmatic and translate ideas into actions, you initiate and lead specific interventions
  • You have a passion for creating the impact that ultimately benefits our customer’s experience
  • Your way of getting things done naturally makes you collaborate across silos and you have a track record in mobilizing people throughout the organization
  • You bring specific qualities, such as a deep understanding of the end-to-end credit processes and/or change management skills and/or communication expertise.

We offer

  • The gross monthly salary (min. Eur. 5.847 - 8.353) displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. A 40 hour work week is also possible. Salary will be based on the knowledge, experience and potential you bring.
  • The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
  • Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
  • Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
  • Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team).
  • An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
  • An excellent pension scheme.
