- Lead a team of product owners each specialized in Financial Crime, having our users and their safety in mind, always
- Collect and analyze data to turn it into insights that we can use to keep those fraudsters out
- Ensure processes and our bunq-way-of-working are followed at all times
- Become the end owner in advising stakeholders on Financial Crime

- You have a great understanding of Fraud, AML/CFT & Reporting requirement
- Compliance & regulatory requirements hold no secret for you
- You can apprehend KYC & CDD, as well as Sanctions & Screening requirements
- You're familiar with Product Ownership and aware of the implications
- You're able to strategize and prioritize work to meet goals efficiently
- You excel at communication and stakeholder management

How do you become a bunqer? It all starts with a few quick tests that allow us to determine if bunq is a fit for you. If the results show that weβre a match on these fronts, we take it a step further and explore specific roles together. Before we decide on making you an offer, youβll get a chance to show your skills on your Get Shit Done day.
What to expect from the tests
To kick off your application, weβll first help you check if bunq is the right environment for you to succeed. Our bunq assessment takes approximately 30 minutes and includes 2 tests: an abstract reasoning test and a personality test (MBTI). If we match here, weβll move on to the next test - this is related to your skills, and differs per role.
