Your job

Your mission

As our IT Manager Customer Service Solutions, you'll be a driving force behind our CRM transformation. You'll:

  • Lead the charge in implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, revolutionizing our Sales, Onboarding, Service, and Offboarding processes
  • Establish and lead our Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE), setting the gold standard for CRM best practices
  • Orchestrate the IT side of our CRM transformation program, ensuring seamless integration with our business goals
  • Champion innovation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement

Your day-to-day adventure

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate their needs into cutting-edge CRM solutions
  • Lead the implementation of our IT Renewal projects, ensuring they align with our digital transformation goals
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends, constantly evaluating their potential impact
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams, nurturing the next generation of CRM experts
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners, negotiating contracts and SLAs
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources, tools, and technologies to meet our ambitious goals

ICS is a payment service provider and market leader in issuing credit cards in the Netherlands, We have been issuing, promoting, administrating, and processing payments of Visa and Mastercard credit cards for over 30 years. Your profile

What sets you apart? You're not just another IT Manager - you're a CRM visionary with:

  • A heterogeneous background spanning financial services and at least one other industry (e.g., automotive, health, telco)
  • At least 2 successful Salesforce programs under your belt
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce technology, including Financial Services Cloud or other Velocity verticalizations
  • Proficiency in both B2B and B2C segments across Sales, Onboarding & Origination, and Contact Center & Service
  • Experience integrating CRM with product administration systems and indirect sales channels
  • A track record of leading high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation

  • The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
  • The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
  • Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
  • Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
  • Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
  • An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
