Your job
As a Portfolio Manager you are part of the Change Management Office department within the Product Solutions & Control unit of ICS and you report directly to the Head of Change Management Office. In your role as Portfolio Manager you are responsible for:
- Management of the ICS Change portfolio
- Guaranteeing focus, resource allocation and alignment of the change portfolio in line with the strategy of ICS and the OKRs
- Managing the composition of the portfolio: the selection, priority and the necessary coordination and decision-making
- Monitoring, reporting and evaluating the Change performance (power to change, effectiveness and predictability)
- Initiating adjustments or interventions if necessary
- Identifying, assessing and addressing risks in current tracks and initiating mitigating actions where necessary
- Communication and reporting regarding portfolio: prioritization, composition, decision-making and progress, performance and risks
- Preparing the Change Board and the various decision documents
- Coordination with stakeholders. (including 1st, 2nd, 3rd LoD in ICS, AAB)
- Clear ownership for the governance, management, management and assurance of the change portfolio and the change process

Per October ‘24 the new governance of ICS will be in place. A new department Product, Solutions & Control (PSC) will be introduced. This department will consist of 6 domains who are highly interconnected and need to work together with all other departments of ICS, ABN AMRO, and other relevant stakeholders. The following domains are within PSC: Products, generic processes, change management, data management, risk & regulations, and client integrity.
Your profile
- Master's degree; working and thinking level
- At least 5-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial services
- Proven experience in managing a complex stakeholder field
- Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English

Furthermore:
- The gross monthly salary (min. Eur. 6.793 - max. Eur. 9.704) is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. A 40-hour work week is also possible. Salary determination and salary level is based on the knowledge, experience and potential you bring.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
- Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
