Working Environment
The Credit Transformation Office, formerly named as the FCD Office, oversees change initiatives that are responsible for building a future-proof and robust credit landscape. FCD change initiatives are important for ABN AMRO's license-to-operate. This means that regulations and risk requirements are firmly anchored in Credit Transformation Office’s value chain and control framework. Furthermore, we are working on integrated IT systems that enable us to do our work efficiently, to deliver accurate and timely reports and to meet (future) customer needs. Credit Transformation Office hierarchically reports to the Head of Lending Transformation, which reports to the Head of Financing Solutions (FS).
The Regulatory Finding Management & Advisory team is located within the Credit Transformation Office, ensuring strategic management of regulatory requirements and findings (incl. audit) within FS and securing and driving their resolution via FCD initiatives OR tactical solutions. Its main aim is to understand the root cause and specific regulatory intention behind the findings, develop appropriate solutions and steer the closure of regulatory and audit findings in a timely and effective manner. This can include active involvement in the FCD program sync and in individual FCD initiatives to secure the closure of open findings. These findings include: OSI, IMI, SREP SA, TRIM, Audit and Progress Monitoring findings. In addition, the Regulatory Advisory Experts within the team are responsible to establish a clear vision on what target regulatory compliant and efficient credit lifecycle processes (in scope of FS) look like based on client needs, regulatory requirements and findings. The Regulatory Finding Management & Advisory team support FCD initiatives in ensuring milestones which close findings or contribute to close findings will be delivered on time.
