Senior Financial Administrator

Our finance department is centrally based in Utrecht, serving as the financial hub for the entire Zanders group. Your role

As an Senior Financial Administrator at Zanders, you'll play a pivotal role in our financial team. You will work closely with the Controller to manage monthly and year end closing processes. This includes monthly balance sheet review, reconciliations, intercompany invoicing and accruals.

You'll manage our Accounting System (SAP) including the setting up of new GL-Accounts, new bank accounts and be responsible for the functional management of master data.

Further tasks include:

• Being the point of contact for accounting questions related to Payroll for our HR colleagues and external payroll providers across the globe.
• Uploading payroll journals to SAP.t
• Act as point of Point of contact for VAT towards tax authorities and external advisors.
• Submit the monthly/quarterly VAT declarations.

You will be based in Utrecht, The Netherlands, reporting to the Manager Finance & Control.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience in a comparable position in an international environment.
• Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree (MBO/HBO) in Accounting, with preferably expertise in NL GAAP and IFRS.
• Solid knowledge of accounting and accounting systems
• Proficiency in English is essential, and proficiency in Dutch is a valuable addition.
• Efficient Excel skills are a necessity.
• Based in The Netherlands with the legal right to work.
• Available for 32- 40 hours per week. We have a hybrid working model.
